Easy Beef Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small sweet onion, n: cut in chunks
1 can tomato soup (10 3/4 oz)
3/4 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded italian blend cheese
6-8 oven-ready lasagna noodles
Easy Beef Lasagna Recipe Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown beef and onion in skillet.
- Stir in tomato soup and water and heat through.
- Combine mushroom soup, milk and 1½ cups cheese in a bowl.
- Spoon half the meat from skillet into a 2-quart baking dish.
- Top meat with 3-4 lasagna noodles and then mushroom soup mixture.
- Top with remaining lasagna noodles and remaining meat mixture.
- Bake, covered, 40 minutes: uncover, top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes more: let stand 10 minutes.

Cream Cheese Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 lb lean ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic salt
3-4 green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
15 oz can tomato sauce
3 oz cream cheese, soft
1/2 cup sour cream, (or plain yogurt for healthier version)
4 oven-ready lasagna strips
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cream Cheese Lasagna Recipe Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown meat in medium hot skillet; add garlic salt and onions.
- Add tomato sauce to skillet: stir and let simmer slowly while you—
- Stir soft cream cheese and sour cream together.
- Put 2 lasagna strips in the bottom of an 8-inch pan. (Do not overlap)
- Put half the cream mixture over strips, followed by half the meat.
- Repeat--pasta, cream cheese, meat.
- Top with parmesan and bake covered 25 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake 10 minutes longer: remove and let sit 5 minutes.

Veggie Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
4 oz oven-ready lasagna noodles, (about 6 strips)
4 cups mixed veggies, such as carrots, zucchini and broccoli
1 small yellow onion
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
15 oz can tomato sauce
½ cup grated fresh parmesan cheese, (or dry)
Veggie Lasagna Recipe Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees, F.
- Chop veggies small.
- Peel onion, slice into rings and mix with veggies.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream together.
- In an 8x8 pan layer 3 lasagna noodles, ½ the veggies, ½ the cream cheese/sour cream (drop by spoonfuls), and ½ the tomato sauce: repeat.
- Pour ¼ cup water over all, and top with parmesan: bake covered 45 minutes.
